3 Exercises to Relieve Shoulder Pain During Work From Home

Repeat this at least 4-5 times. This will help in relieving neck pain as well as taming shoulder pain which usually happens with neck pain.

3. Ear to shoulder and chin to chest/sky

These are two extremely simple stretches that are effective in controlling neck pain. Start by touching your ear to your shoulder. All you need to do is try to touch your right ear to the right shoulder. Do this without lifting your shoulder. Repeat the same using your left ear. Repeat five times with each ear. For performing the other stretch, touch your chin to chest and then slowly move it towards the sky. Repeat at least 5 times.

These are some simple exercises you can do to get rid of neck pain. Also, make sure you sit straight while you’re working because poor posture is one of the major factors contributing to neck pain as well as shoulder pain.
